BASIC REQUIREMENTS

      CONTRACT

      • A.

        Contract Description:

THE PROJECT IS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN HOUSING UNITS IN A TOTAL OF FORTY BUILDINGS. THERE ARE ALSO TWO COMMUNITY BUILDINGS OF LESS THAN TWO THOUSAND SQUARE FEET EACH, ONE OF WHICH CONTAINS A RESIDENTIAL UNIT. CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS ON ABOUT TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT OF THE BUILDINGS.

SITE WORK INCLUDES MULTIPLE YARD WALLS, EXTENSIVE FLAT WORK, LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE AND AN UNDERGROUND CISTERN SYSTEM FOR STORM WATER DETENTION.

COMPLETE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING ALL WORK, AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS AND DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS.

      SCHEDULE OF VALUE

      • A.

        Submit schedule on AlA Form G703. Contractor's standard form or electronic media printout will be considered.

      • B.

        Submit Schedule of Values in duplicate within 10 days after date of Owner Contractor Agreement.

    • 1.5

      APPLICATIONS FOR PAYMENT

      • A.

        Submit three copies of each application of AlA Form G702 and G703.

      • B.

        Content and Fonnat: Utilize Schedule of Values for listing items in Application for Payment.

      • C.

        Payment Period: From the 25th of the Month to the 25th ofthe following Month.

      CHANGE PROCEDURES

      • A.

        Stipulated Sum/Price Change Order: Based on Proposal Request, Notice of Change and Contractor's fixed price quotation or Contractor's request for a Change Order as approved by Architect/Engineer.

      • B.

        Change Order Forms: AlA G701.
