        Prepare binder cover with printed title "OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS" and title of project.

      • C.

        Internally subdivide the binder contents with pelmanent page dividers, logically organized, with tab titles clearly printed under reinforced laminated plastic tabs.

        Contents:

        • 1.

          Part 1: Directory, listing names, addresses and telephone number of Architect/Engineer, Contractor, Subcontractors and major equipment suppliers.

        • 2.

          Part 2: Operation and maintenance instructions, arranged by system.

        • 3.

          Part 3: Project documents and certificates.

        Provide Products, spare parts, maintenance and extra materials in quantities specified in individual specification sections.
