10.0 SITE GRADING AND DRAINAGE
The site soils are slightly to moderately collapsible if allowed to increase in moisture content. To reduce the risk of structure settlement, the site should be graded to rapidly drain away from structures. Site grading and drainage should conform to Section R40 1.3 of the 2006 International Building Code. Splash blocks should be utilized below down spouts and canales.
