Batho Pele revitalisation strategy roll-out

Hospital management levels and remuneration commensurate with degree of responsibility

One CEO per hospital, with CEO level tied to the size of the hospital

Finance and HR reporting directly to the CEO

Different post levels and grades should allow high level responsibility and accountability

Align budget with strategic objectives

Need for balanced proportion between line (956) and  staff (294) functionary
