Treatment completion of those who entered treatment by the end of the project was 16% (Figure 32). This rate is similar to the treatment completion of other projects with child welfare-involved clients with substance abuse problems. However, it is important to note that 20% of cases were still open at the treatment facilities, bringing the rate to 36%.
