RELIANCE ON OTHER EXPERTS
The authors of this Technical Report state that they are qualified persons (QP’s) for those areas as identified in the appropriate “Certificate of Qualified Person” attached to this report.
Although copies of the tenure and taxation documents, operating licenses and environmental permits were reviewed, an independent verification of land title and tenure was not performed and P&E has not verified the legality of any underlying agreement(s) that may exist concerning the licenses or other agreement(s) between third parties. In this regard P&E has relied upon, and believes it has a reasonable basis for relying upon, the reports referred to below, which provided information regarding mineral rights, surface rights, permitting, taxation, and environmental issues in sections of this Technical Report.
In addition, Shore has warranted that a full disclosure of all material information in its possession or control has been made to P&E, and that it is complete, accurate, true and not misleading. Shore has provided P&E with an indemnity in relation to information provided by its personnel, since P&E has relied on Shore’s information when preparing this report.
Draft copies of the report have been reviewed for factual errors by Shore. Any changes made as a result of these reviews did not involve any alteration to the conclusions made. Hence, the statements and opinions expressed in this document are given in good faith and in the belief that such statements and opinions are not false and misleading at the date of this report.
The authors of this report have relied upon the following documents obtained by way of the Government of Saskatchewan mineral dispositions database, the Shore land management expert, and legal opinions obtained by Shore for the information included in Section 4.0 of this report.
