Additionally, as a Trainer monitors and controls the Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspection program, and constantly seeks out continuous improvement opportunities to optimize quality and equipment performance and reliability by soliciting, developing, and proposing innovative maintenance practices which increase maintenance productivity and reduce equipment downtime.

Identifying training requirements for all personnel in DMS
The role would be suitable for production or maintenance based people without loosing touch with the Shipyard’s Repair and maintenance people looking at broadening experience in a related area in preparation for future career progression.
