32. PLAYER REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE
For those players who might otherwise not be able to play competitive hockey due to financial hardship, assistance may be available from the Club.
A request for assistance should be made through the team’s coach, who in turn, will pursue the matter with the President. Any requests for assistance will be treated in strict confidence.
33.USE OF DRUGS or ALCOHOL
The GRMHC does not condone the use of alcoholic beverages or non-prescribed drugs by any of its players, under any circumstances.
34.HAZING or INITIATION
(Per CHA policy)
An Annual Year End Meeting is held following the completion of the hockey season to discuss the season’s successes and suggestions for improvement. The President will present the Annual Report which was/will be submitted to the parent Associations. Attendance is open to anyone who is interested.
Parents are reminded that this is a club responsible to the two Community Associations, and as such you are a member of your home association. It is important that you attend that association’s Annual General Meeting in order to provide input as to how you wish to see the GRMHC function.
36. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF GRMHC
The overall business and affairs of the GRMHC are administered by a Board of Directors (Executive Committee) as per respective Bylaws in each home Association.
Signing officers of the Club are the RAMS President and the RAMS Treasurer.
