CODE OF DISCIPLINE
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PLAYERS AND PARENTS
All players and parents will be required to sign a Code of Conduct before the season begins.
A coach may suspend, for discipline, any player for up to one game. Suspensions of more then one game must have the approval of the Club Discipline Committee.
The DHO shall be advised of all such suspensions.
COMPLAINTS RE: COACHES AND TEAM OFFICIALS
Complaints about a coach, assistant, trainer or manager must first be addressed to the DHO or Club President.
When necessary, the DHO may refer concerns to the Discipline Committee.
COMPLAINTS RE: REFEREES
Any serious concerns by coaching staff or others should be reported, in writing, to the District Four Referee-in-Chief and a copy to the DHO.
This forum of complaint is not meant for coaches or others who do not like the way a particular game was called, nor for questioning interpretations or judgment calls.
If required, the committee will consist of as a minimum, the President, Home Association President and DHO, and may include others at the discretion of the President. The President will chair the meeting and may cast the deciding vote.
No player may participate in Club activities unless he/she is properly registered with their home Association, and registration fees have been paid, or arrangements made for payment in accordance with the respective home
