Contract Award

This section sets out the evaluation process and the award criteria which Agency will use to evaluate the Bids. Account will be taken of any factors which impact on a Bidder’s suitability that emerge from the tendering process and relate to information that may have been previously provided as part of the selection process.

Evaluation Process

The overall Bid evaluation process will be conducted in a fair and equitable manner, so that Agency is able to consider the value for money of each Bid. This means that different information may be sought from different Bidders. The Agency will take up references and reserves the right to pay due heed to the Bidder’s performance elsewhere. Bidders may be required to make presentations on elements of their submission to a wide range of Officers and any such presentations will form part of the evaluation process.

Award Criteria

The Agency’s evaluation is designed to determine the Bid with the most economically advantageous basis and will be assessed against the evaluation criteria.
