Following the deadline for receipt of proposals, all proposals submitted will be analyzed and reviewed by a review panel consisting of representative(s) of the Airport and Purchasing Department.
The RFP process, the County reserves the right to negotiate a contract based on all factors involved in the written proposal without further discussion or interview.
Proposals will be evaluated for cost and compliance with all requirements set forth in this RFP, including timely submission and provision of all documents requested; and for the following minimum requirements:
Qualifying proposals will be scored by the evaluation team members
The evaluation team will have only the response to the solicitation to review for selection of finalists. It is therefore important that respondents emphasize specific information pertinent to the work.
All evaluations will be based on the following criteria:
Qualifications, education and experience, advertising, outreach of the individual, the firm and assigned staff members; 35%
The degree of completeness of response to the specific requirements of the solicitation; 15%
Capacity to complete the scope of work outlined in this RFP; 25% Revenue percentage to the Airport (Cost Proposal); 25%
Though rank ordered, all of the evaluation factors above should be considered important in the evaluation process.
The County has the right not to award any contracts at its discretion.
