Distribution - to be dealt with through CAWB offices. Paper based information is seen to be the best. How do WBDA reimburse for costs? Who will liase with Shelly? Action George and John Head to coordinate lists and forward to Shelly before next mailing.
E-mail addresses - working for exec communication. Perhaps this could be extended to more of membership?
Publicity - Shelly to help with marketing etc. Forums and other initiatives. Schedule of editorial deadlines. Newsletters and free papers etc. Websites. Radio’s etc. Shelly to take on publicity officer, Mick will be the voice for interviews etc.
