The following subjects were covered: Grade crossing collision facts; train stopping distances; Massachusetts General Laws involving train collisions; locomotive components & warning devices; potential hazards; types of trains; environmental concerns; human element in collisions; drug & alcohol testing; how to stop a train; warning signs & street markings; crossing gates; train event recorders; legal issues; Operation Lifesaver terms & definitions and collision statistics.

6/18/98 COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL In conjunction with the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts Conducted in Worcester, MA Staged & Jump-In Accidents – Premeditation and Opportunity 6 - Hour Specialized Training Seminar - Attended by insurance, government, legal, local & state law enforcement, and private industry professionals from all of Massachusetts. Trained in proposed Massachusetts Legislative changes; accident reconstruction, auto fraud, and identifying profiles, as it pertains to staged and jump-in accidents; conducting examinations under oath; and taking statements.
