Course involved forensic mapping concepts, operator safety, reflector techniques, instrument setup, data collector, reference points, accuracy confirmation shots, introduction to computer aided drafting (CAD), intermediate computer aided drafting (CAD) techniques and merging scene mapping files. Course included 8 scene mapping projects and a proficiency evaluation test.
