5/22/93 ACCREDITATION COMMISSION FOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION Conducted at Massachusetts State Police Academy, Framingham, MA Examination for Full Accreditation 8 - Hour ACTAR Examination – Part one consisted of seventy-five questions written test. Part two consisted of attendees completing a reconstruction project of an actual previously staged collision with known results. The exam is a final step toward full accreditation by the commission.
