SOSBullying is an independent association that aims at improving the convivencia in our schools and society based on respect for individuals and
psychologist Ferrán Barri offers basic information about school violence, bullying and cyberbullying and provides an opportunity for families and schools of establishing partnerships with SOSBullying. A summary of the contributions of this association was published in 2006, entitled "SOSBullying: preventing bullying and improve coexistence" (Barri, 2006).

Protégeles Association, in collaboration with other institutions like the Ombudsman for Children in the Community of Madrid, has a website of helpline focused on bullying and school violence (www.acosoescolar.info) since 2005. It includes information on what cyberbullying is, and how to cope with cyberbullying episodes. This association has built a new website in 2009 specifically directed to cyberbullying and harassment through new technologies (www.internetsinacoso.com). It provides information to parents and students, legal guidelines and also a model for complaining when these episodes appear.
