THE CHRIST SCANDAL

This rare picture of the Palace of Propaganda, Piazza Di Spagna, Rome, circa 1900, shows the ground floor windows heavily-reinforced with steel bars. The inscription directly above the front door on the first floor reads: COLLEGIVM VRBANVM DEPROPAGANDA FIDE and above that is a crest displaying the papal keys.
