Troubleshooting in Norton AntiVirus for Macintosh

If you encounter any problems installing Norton AntiVirus, try restarting from the CD and installing Norton AntiVirus again.
My Macintosh continually starts from CD; I can’t remove the CD
If your computer continues to start from the CD, use the Startup Disk Control Panel to reset the computer.
To restart your computer from the hard drive
In the Startup Disk Control Panel, make sure that your hard disk is selected.
On the Special menu, click Restart.
When you hear the startup chime, press the eject button on your CD- ROM drive to eject the CD. Your computer should now start from the hard disk.
