The assessment plan (worksheet #2) specifies what evaluation questions are to be answered, identifies what data/information is needed to the type of analysis to be conducted along with a timeline for collection.  Data/information collection is to be reported in monthly and quarterly reports.  

The college Institutional Research and Planning Office tracks compiles and reports on education indicators (program review) that affect the college.  Reports, data and information are placed on the college’s web site and share in training and information sharing sessions.

The Assessment & Program Review Reports (worksheets #3) requires direct analysis of all data with recommendations on use of results to improve programs and/or services..  Reports are reviewed by the assessment committee and approved as to quality.  The assessment committee provides updates of all actions to the Planning and Resources Committee for use in decision making.  A yearly Institutional Assessment & Program Review Report is compiled.  Both individual reports and the yearly are available on the college web site.  Overviews and presentation to college and stakeholders are provided.

The college assessment plans are based on evaluation questions that are reviewed to ensure that intended versus actual outcomes are identified and that they produce a comprehensive picture of the overall program’s strengths and weaknesses.   

The documentation section of the IAP requires minutes of meeting and data collection and analysis to be recorded and reported.

The college’s Integrated Planning, Evaluation and Resource Allocation System is designed to link Program Assessment and Program Review is designed around the Institution’s governance system.  Improvement plans are developed (worksheets #1) that are based on the previous program assessment and program review.  Assessment plans (worksheets #2) identify evaluation questions required data and information, needed analysis and timelines and responsibilities for the collect and analysis of the data and information.
