    Recommendation that the Right of Way Section be authorized to issue an incidental expense payment of $5,150 to Cynthia Benson as part of the courthouse complex expansion project in Precinct 1.

    Recommendation that the Flood Control District be authorized to issue a fixed moving expense payment of $775 to Michael and Kathy King as part of the floodplain buyout project in Precinct 2.

    Recommendation that the Flood Control District be authorized to issue a housing supplemental payment of $10,998 to Douglas R. and Pamela T. Davis as part of the

6. Recommendation that the Flood Control District be authorized to acquire right of way required for the Carey Bayou project, Unit Q112-00-00-X007, Tract 01-011.0 in Precinct 2, declaring a public necessity and convenience, and authorizing

acquisition

activities,

and

for

the

Executive

Director,

or

his

designated

representative, County Auditor, County Clerk, County Attorney, County Treasurer, and Purchasing Agent to take necessary actions to complete the transaction.

    Recommendation that the court approve an order authorizing the Right of Way Section to acquire specific properties, declaring a public necessity and convenience, and for the Executive Director, or his designated representative, County Auditor, County Clerk, County Attorney, and County Treasurer to take necessary actions to complete the transactions for:

    • a.

      Bayland expansion project, Tracts 001, 002, and 003 in Precinct 3.

    • b.

      Hockley Community Center expansion project, Tract 001 in Precinct 3.

    • c.

      Greenhouse Road-4, Tracts 001 and 002 in Precinct 3.

  • 8.

    Recommendation that the court accept a donation special warranty deed conveying Tract 001 on Old Kirby Road from Kirby Lake Development, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership in Precinct 2, for the Old Kirby Road project.

9. Recommendation that the county accept a donation warranty deed conveying to the county Tract 7 on Spring Cypress Road, Phase 1, Section 1 from Champion Lakes Limited for the Spring Cypress Road project in Precinct 4.
