Family Support Groups help family members:
NAMI Family Support with Viviane Ghammache (460-1864) meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays in Room 16 at CMHS, 250 Bon Air Rd., Greenbrae 7—8:30 p.m. (June 12 and 26) (July 10 and 24) Free
Family-to-Family is a 12-week educational course on mental illness taught by a family member. Call Roberta at 331-2975 for next schedule. It usually is taught in the evening in San Rafael. Free
FamFest events are social and recreational events for clients and family members (often an evening meal at a modest cost). See page 6 of this newsletter for the next event or call Jan Jackson 479-0718.
Learning about WRAP is for family members wanting to learn about Wellness Recovery Action Plans. Wendy Dunne leads this first and third Tuesday group from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. in the Interview room at 250 Bon Air, Greenbrae. Wendy can be reached at 457-8238 or 246-0154. Free
CMHS Every Thursday is a weekly support group open to family members and facilitated by CMHS staff. Meetings are held at CMHS, room 16, 250 Bon Air Rd., Greenbrae. 7—8:30 p.m. Emphasis varies from medical questions (1st week), dual diagnosis (2nd week), problem solving (3rd week), etc. Free
Support Groups for clients that help deal with substance abuse recovery:
Dual Diagnosis Support with Alex Markels & Kim Denn meets Thursdays from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Enter- prise Resource Center, 1108 Tamalpais Ave., San Rafael. Sliding scale fee. Call 419-3638 for information.
DRA (Dual Recovery Anonymous) is based on the 12-step approach and meets Mondays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Enterprise Resource Center, 1108 Tamalpais Ave., San Rafael. Call 457-4554 for information.
P.A.C.E. (Promise-Acceptance-Choice-Empowerment) is a Family Services program based on the Harm Reduction model. Meetings are every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at 1000 Sir Francis Drake, San Anselmo. Call Ron Warren at 491-5700, x 2071 for information. Sliding scale fee.

Managing Voices is led by Robin Buccheri the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m. at Marin General Hospital in the first floor conference room. Call Robin at 422-6498. Free
DBSA/Depression/Bipolar is a group held on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. at Enterprise Resource Cen- ter, 1108 Tamalpais, San Rafael. Call Dallas at 457-4554 for information. Free
Drop-in facilitated process group for any diagnosis is every weekday afternoon from 2 to 3 p.m. at En- terprise Resource Center, 1108 Tamalpais, San Rafael. Mondays is for women only. Peri @457-4554. Free
Mind over Mood is a Family Services Agency skills training class using Cognitive Behavior therapy. It meets for eight weeks at Family Services Agency, 555 Northgate Dr., San Rafael. Call 491-5700 for infor- mation about the next Mind Over Mood group.
Borderline Personality Support uses psycho-education to help families of people with Borderline Per- sonality Disorder on the first Thursday of each month from 7 to 9 p.m. at 895 Sir Francis Drake, San Anselmo. Call 459-5206 or visit www.dbtmarin.com
