DubliNet is based on the use of the generic IDA services

referred to in Article 4 of Decision No 1720/1999/EC (1).

for more than seven working hours the Member State shall notify the competent authorities designated pursuant to Article 22(1) of Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 and the Commission and shall take all the necessary steps to ensure that normal
