    Where buildings are side to side, one (1) times the height of the taller building but not less than twenty (20) feet.

    Where buildings are front to side, rear to side, or rear to rear, two (2) times the height of the taller building but not less than forty-five (45) feet.

Lot-Building Relationship:

Hereafter, every building erected, altered, or moved shall be located on a lot of record as de- fined in this Ordinance, and, except in the case of approved multiple dwelling development, there shall be no more than one (1) principal building and its permitted accessory structures located on any one (l) lot in a Residential District.

In the Agricultural District, no more than one (l) residential structure and its permitted accessory structures shall be permitted on a lot of record, except for the following: In an Agriculture District, one additional residence will be permitted for a working farm consisting of 80 acres or more actively farmed and resided on by the owner and a gross income of $200.00 per acre, per year, and the eligibility for this provision shall be determined by the Township Zoning Administrator.
