manufactured boards

select and use materials suitable for completing a construction or renovation project

compare the composition and construction of manufactured boards and their applications to building and construction

Equipment, Tools and Machines

a range of equipment, tools and machines in building and construction used for:

cutting and joining

drilling

site marking out and preparation

levelling

elementary demolition and stripping out

adjust and use hand and power tools in the development and production of projects

Techniques

site preparation

foundations and footings

flooring for internal or external use

set out and prepare sites for building projects
