REPORTING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Account managers help create strategy for the company’s wellness program. They provide ideas for implementation and maintenance of the program through consultation, communication and promotion of the wellness program.
Group Aggregate Reports provide analysis of overall group health and tracks changes year over year.
$8.00 per employee, per month
Within the first three months, if the group meets 75% participation, fees will be reimbursed to the employer and no further charges will be incurred for the remaining nine months of the HealthyEssentials contract year.
The participation requirement must be met annually for reimbursement of fees.
Available to Non-Small Group Reform employers with 51 or more employees enrolled in Principal Life group medical insurance
Available in AR, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MO, NM, OH, OK, TN, TX and WI
Only employees enrolled in Principal Life medical insurance can participate in the HealthyEssentials program
Dependents are not eligible for Principal HealthyEssentials
