SECTION 108

PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETION OF THE SITEMANAGER DAILY WORK REPORT

  • 1.

    Job Number

  • 2.

    Inspectors Name (automatically inserted)

    Date

    Authorized Indicator – Yes indicates that the DWR has been authorized and cannot be

changed by the inspector.

  • 5.

    Authorized Date: the date that the DWR was authorized by the Resident Engineer.

  • 6.

    High temperature for the day.

  • 7.

    Low temperature for the day.

  • 8.

    & 9. Morning and afternoon weather conditions. Inspector selects the appropriate condition

from a drop down list. 10. Indicator Boxes: a check mark in the box beside each statement indicates that the statement is true. The check marks automatically clear as the inspector enters appropriate information. 11. Work Suspended: If the work on the project is suspended by the contractor due to adverse weather conditions or other factors, the inspector must check the box beside the statement and enter the time (in military time) that the work was suspended. 12. DWR Remarks. The minimum required remarks for each day are:
