ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION

123.01 General.

The office rent should include utilities when possible so that the total cost per

month will be known.

Arkansas law requires a written agreement for any rentals to be paid by State funds, so it will be necessary to have approval from the State Construction Engineer before payment can be made. A sample agreement is shown in Figure 123-1. Six copies of this agreement shall be submitted to the State Construction Engineer through the District Engineer's office and no charges made until approval has been received. An agreement of this type shall be obtained and approved for all rentals, even though there is
