8 Help! I am having problems installing mozone.
If mozone does not install correctly or you have problems accessing mozone after installation, please contact your Mobile Carrier or Optus customers should contact Optus Customer service on 1300 300 937 to confirm your phone’s settings are correct.
Only after you have confirmed with your Mobile Carrier or Optus customer service that your phone’s settings are correct, you should try to uninstall and re-install the software. See Section 9 Removing or Uninstalling mozone
9 Unsubscribing and uninstalling mozone
If you need to unsubscribe and uninstall mozone from the handset, you can do this using the password by following these steps:
To end your subscription to mozone, send an SMS with STOP to 19997640.
You will be prompted to enter your password before the ‘unsubscribe’ request will be sent. If the password is incorrect the request to end the subscription will be considered ‘unauthorised’ and will not be processed.
If the password entered is correct, the STOP SMS will be sent and billing for mozone will be stopped. You will receive a confirmation SMS: ‘mozone:(free-msg) You have been unsubscribed from mozone and filtering will be disabled soon.’
To restart your subscription, go to www.leopardlabs.com/subscribe
Within 3 working days the application will be disabled and filtering will no longer work.
