    I am trying to access a website, which shouldn’t be blocked?

  • A.

    Website can be blocked under more than one category. If a website is being blocked by a category but

allowed by another, it will not be able to be accessed. The blocked category will override the allowed category. For example, some dating sites also have chat rooms. If chat rooms are allowed and dating sites blocked, the site will be blocked because it shares two classification categories. Note also other common web behaviours:

      Websites can change classification or

    • -

      Websites can re-direct to other sites in the background, without you knowing.

    Why does my Web Browser keep crashing whenever I try to access a particular website?

    This is likely characteristic of your handset’s web browser. Sometimes if the web page is too big, has too

many graphics, or has unusual applets or activeX controls, the browser “crashes” by closing itself.

    If I insert another SIM into the handset on which mozone is installed, what happens?

    mozone is installed on the handset itself and not on the SIM. mozone will therefore continue to work for

any SIM inserted into the handset.
