As alluded to before, Medicare provides a review process through which people can appeal their denied claims. If you submit a claim to Medicare and they won’t pay it, seek a review. To do this, simply send a copy of the Medicare denial back to your Medicare plan along with a signed letter asking for a review. Medicare very well may pay your claim upon the review, as many people who have asked for a review have received additional coverage and benefits.
