  • coverage for medically necessary emergency care in a foreign country

  • preventive medical care—this benefit pays up to $120 annually for medical care including, but not limited to, flu shots, physical exami- nations, hearing tests, and diabetes screening

Plan F includes the core benefits, plus the following:

  • coverage for daily skilled nursing facility care coinsurance

  • Part A deductible

  • Part B deductible

  • 100 percent of the excess charges for Part B—this benefit provides for the difference between what the physician charges and the Medicare-approved amount for the covered services

  • coverage for medically necessary emergency care in a foreign country Plan G includes the core benefits, plus the following:

  • coverage for daily skilled nursing facility care coinsurance

  • Part A deductible

  • 80 percent of the excess charges for Part B

  • coverage for medically necessary emergency care in a foreign country

  • coverage for in-home recovery

Plan H includes the core benefits, plus the following:

  • coverage for daily skilled nursing facility care coinsurance

  • Part A deductible

  • coverage for medically necessary emergency care in a foreign country

  • 50 percent of the cost of prescription drugs—a $250 annual deductible and maximum annual benefit of $1250 apply

Plan I includes the core benefits, plus the following:

  • coverage for daily skilled nursing facility care coinsurance

  • Part A deductible

  • 100 percent of the excess charges for Part B

  • coverage for medically necessary emergency care in a foreign country

  • in-home recovery

  • 50 percent of the cost of prescription drugs—a $250 annual

deductible and maximum annual benefit of $1250 apply
