Loaves must be baked in a 9" x 5" x 3" or 23.5 cm x 13.3 cm x 7 cm
sized pan - (No Smaller)
All other baking must be wrapped in plastic wrap or placed in plastic
bags or under a plastic cover
Layer cakes to be made in 2 layers only.
All cakes must be exhibited on foil covered cardboard which is 1"
larger than the cake or in foil pan in size required
No mixes are to be used
No purchased pie or tart shells are to be used
Cookies must be 2 ½‖ in diameter. Squares must be cut into 1½‖ squares
Pies must be in 9" foil plates. Smaller pies will be disqualified. Seal double crusts. No lattice tops on pies. If possible, show in Zip-Lock bags
The deep dish pies must be in foil plates that are at least 1-3/8‖ deep
Where specials are donated, donors will receive the exhibit.
Rolls are individual. Buns are fastened together.
