HOMECRAFT DIVISION CULINARY ARTS

  • All entries must be in by 1 p.m., Friday, August 12th

, 2011 , and not

removed before 4 p.m., Saturday, August 13th, 2011

  • Loaves must be baked in a 9" x 5" x 3" or 23.5 cm x 13.3 cm x 7 cm

sized pan - (No Smaller)

  • All other baking must be wrapped in plastic wrap or placed in plastic

bags or under a plastic cover

  • Layer cakes to be made in 2 layers only.

  • All cakes must be exhibited on foil covered cardboard which is 1"

larger than the cake or in foil pan in size required

  • No mixes are to be used

  • No purchased pie or tart shells are to be used

  • Cookies must be 2 ½‖ in diameter. Squares must be cut into 1½‖ squares

  • Pies must be in 9" foil plates. Smaller pies will be disqualified. Seal double crusts. No lattice tops on pies. If possible, show in Zip-Lock bags

  • The deep dish pies must be in foil plates that are at least 1-3/8‖ deep

  • Where specials are donated, donors will receive the exhibit.

  • Rolls are individual. Buns are fastened together.
