INTERMEDIATE CULINARY ARTS

CLASS 10

*Exhibits in this class will be removed from the hall Saturday, August 13th at 4:00 p.m Open to Boys or Girls 10 - 17 years of age See Rules for Class 9 regarding exhibits

  • No entry fee

  • See rules from Class 9 regarding exhibits

  • Exhibits to be placed in Agricultural Hall by 1:00 pm, Friday August 12th and removed 4:00pm on Saturday, August 13th 2011

  • Place each entry on a paper plate and in a Zip Lock bag or under plastic wrap

  • All prizes in Sections 1 - 9 donated by Rick & Betty McCracken (First prize $ 15; Second prize $10; and Third Prize $5)

  • The Culinary Arts Committee will present a gift to the exhibitor win- ning the most points in Intermediate Culinary Arts; this exhibitor must exhibit 3 entries to be eligible. Last year‘s winner is not eligible to win this gift

Metric Conversions 1 cup = 240 ml 1 oz = 28 grams

2 inches = 5 cm
