Working across Government departments (Business, Innovation and Skills, Health, and the Treasury) and with industry, OLS has developed a package of actions to enable the pharmaceutical, medical biotechnology, and medical technology sectors, to make the best possible contribution to the future economic growth and continued improvement in health- care in the UK.

These actions are set out in a Life Sciences Blueprint, published in July this year. OLS is now working to drive delivery of these actions and a progress update will be published in early 2010.
