But these changes only represent parts of the biggest change that is going on in your life: ending your crystal use. To examine what that means on a deeper level, we are going to go through an exercise.
Letting Go Exercise
You are standing at a train station. It is a bright and sunny day. You are here to load some baggage on this train and send it away. You have put crystal on the train and are about to say goodbye.
What else would you want to put on the train with crystal? What people, events or things do you need to send on the journey away from you?
You notice that you have some mixed feelings as you see the train carrying crystal away from the station and out of your life. What are you feeling?
