Two Raiders qualified to compete on Jeopardy! Junior Tommy Maranges, son of TRACI MILLER MARTINEAU ’85 was among a group of 15 teenagers nationwide who were chosen to be contestants in the Jeopardy Summer Games. Senior Kristin Briggs was one of another group of 15 teenagers and the only Floridian who was chosen to play in a Jeopardy Teen Tournament that was aired earlier this year. Although Kristin did not win the top prize, she did give Tommy a few pointers, such as the need to be very quick on the buzzer. All the teen players are guaranteed at least $5000 and the grand prize winner will take home $75,000.
