Why Financial Experts Fail

1.

The financial expert does not know the case story (e.g., the strategic messages).

2.

Expert never develops home base messages, or develop the wrong ones (short simple messages).

3.

Inconsistencies between direct and cross-examination.

4.

Unnecessary use of jargon and terms or art.

5.

Insufficient meaningful practice.
