QUALIFICATIONS

Certificated: Teacher positions require a minimum of a BS degree and the appropriate State of Alabama certification. Coaching applicants MUST be eligible to obtain State CDL and Bus driving license. All coaches must have State Bus driving license to receive county supplements. The salary is based on the system salary schedule (www.alsde.edu). The employee must provide own or have access to appropriate transportation.

Support: Qualifications vary depending upon the position. These positions do not require a teaching certificate. For example, a bus shop helper would have to be able to obtain a CDL and any other proper bus driving license that may be required, and be insurable by the Board’s insurance carrier. The employee must provide own or have access to appropriate transportation. A job description will be discussed at interview. The interviews for this position will be conducted at the local school.
