Beethoven 33 Variations in C on a Waltz by Diabelli Op.120

Paul Lewis first performed in the Concert Hall as part of the Hall's opening series of the complete Beethoven Piano Sonatas and returned last season with the Leopold String Trio. His reputation has spread quickly and he is now one of the most sought after pianists of his generation especially celebrated for his performances of Beethoven and Schubert. In 2008, Paul Lewis embarks upon complete Beethoven concerto cycles in Liverpool and Sydney and a series of Schubert Lieder concerts with tenor Mark Padmore.
