The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra return for their second concert of their residency with four of the most popular works to be regularly performed in the concert hall. The evening starts with Sibelius’ rousing Finlandia, which will be followed by Jack Liebeck’s interpretation of Bruch’s most lyrical Violin Concerto No.1.

In the second half Rodrigo’s romantic guitar concerto Concierto de Aranjuez will be played by Xuefei Yang and the evening will be completed by Mendelssohn’s pulsating Symphony No.4.
