Investigation and development of biomethods, improving a phosphate status of soils and phosphoric feed of plants

Abstract

The aim of the proposal. Investigation of processes mobilizing phosphorus from insolubee phosphorus compounds of soils by phosphormobilizing bacteria. Development of biopreparations, increasing coefficient of using phosphoric fertilizers.

The first step. Development of model systems for studying conduct of phosphorus in the soils by P-32 – processes immobilization, mobilization, transfortmation of phosphorus in soil and bioaccessment of phosphorus.

Microbiological diagnosing

1.

Definition of a degree "over phosphatization" of studying soils

2.

Definition of dissemination of phosphormobilising bacterias in the "over phosphatization" soils. Isolating and screening active strains of phosphormobilizing bacterias.

3.

Definition of capacity of bacteria to mobilize phosphorus from insoluble phosphoric compounds.

The second step of the proposal consist in development of effective biomethods, improving a phosphate status of soils and phosphoric feed of plants.

Research microorganisms of "over phosphatizating" soils

Isolation active strains of phosphormobilizing bacteria and micromycetes

3.

On the base of application of an isotope P-32 method to evaluate quantitative assessment the capacity of the strains of soil bacteria to mobilize phosphorus from insoluble phosphoric compounds of soil and to learn a role of symbiotic relationships between microorganisms of soil and root systems of plants in this process.

4.

Research of a role of microorganisms in migration of phosphorus in soil.

Research of (with P-32) processes of mobilization and immobilization of soil phosphorus, and quantitatively to evaluate a role of active strains of phosphorobacteria/.

6.

Development new ecological clean biopreparations from the active strains of phosphormobilizing bacteias.
