Attorney Gougelman read Ordinance Nos. 2004-24, 2004-25 and 2004-26 by title. There

were no disclosures by Council and no comments from the public.

Moved by E. Palmer/Poole for approval of Ordinance No. 2004-24

Motion carried unanimously.

Mrs. Poole said that she voted for this item because the City will have better control of the property after it has been annexed.
