General Information and Conditions
We will hold your booking for a period of 14 days without deposit after which a deposit must be paid or the booking will be released.
2. Confirmation/room hire
Your booking is confirmed upon payment of a security deposit of $500. $250 of this will be refunded within 7 days of the function after all accounts are settled and no additional expenses have been incurred. This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your wedding within 12 months of the wedding date.
A room hire charge of $495 is applicable on the self planner and cocktail option. Not applicable for the inclusive packages.
3. Cancellations/Transferring Days A cancellation fee of $500 applies to functions cancelled within 12 months of the function date. Bookings cancelled greater than 12 months from the wedding date will be refunded less an administration fee of $250. If you wish to transfer your booking date within 8 months of the function an administration charge of $100 applies.
4. MenuChoices Confirmation of menu selection are required no later than 14 days prior to function date.
5. Attendance Numbers
Final confirmation of numbers along with your table plan is required 7 days prior to the function. The total amount payable for catering will be based on the number attending or the number confirmed whichever is the greater.
Payment for catering, packages, room hire, equipment and security (if applicable) are to be paid 7 days prior to the function.
A security fee of $220 may apply to functions where deemed necessary by management of Manon’s House,suchcharges are payable bytheorganiserof that function.
