The operator who utilizes other methods for the destruction of low Btu gases

The operator shall determine CCA and MWA quarterly (four times per year) using methods specified in section 95125(d)(3)(A) and compute an annual average value. GVA shall be determined to assure accuracy within ± 7.5%.
