Cogeneration Emissions. The operators of hydrogen plants with cogeneration systems subject to the requirements of this article shall meet the requirements of section 95112.
Indirect Energy Purchases. The operator shall report all indirect energy purchased and consumed as specified in sections 95125(k)-(l).
Stationary Combustion and Process CO2 Emissions. The operator shall calculate and report stationary combustion and process CO2 emissions as specified in section 95114(b), (metric tonnes).
Calculation of CO2 Stationary Combustion and Process Emissions. The operator shall calculate and report CO2 stationary combustion and process emissions using one of the methods specified in this section.
Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems. The operator may elect to calculate CO2 process and stationary combustion using Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) as specified in section 95125(g)(7).
Fuel and Feedstock Mass Balance. The operator may elect to calculate CO2 process and stationary combustion emissions using the method specified below.
