Session 5 Financing Iraqi Infrastructure Projects

9:00-10:30

This session will allow Iraqi ministries to present selected infrastructure proposals in more detail. Optimal financing arrangements and the content and presentation of PPP designs and loan applications will then be commented on by an expert discussant. Each discussant will have contacted the relevant ministry prior to the meeting to obtain all necessary information.
