To determine the percent change in discharge resulting from a percent change in lag time (due to parameter variations), the discharge (Q) for each corresponding lag variation is calculated using the linear equations relating lag time to discharge. Table 5.14 shows the percent changes in discharge for each return period corresponding to each variation in SCS lag time.
