Independent Retail News is dedicated to providing independent retailers, whether they see themselves as a convenience store, a traditional independent retailer, or a CTN, with the kind of must‐ have information that will help them in the day‐to‐day running of their stores, sharing best practice and keeping them up to date with the latest news affecting the sector.
It is the one magazine that has consistently been there for independent retailers over the years. We will continue that tradition in 2011, focusing on issues such as responsible retailing, smuggled alcohol and tobacco, and calling for fair treatment for retailers when it comes to energy contracts.
The magazine is also a strong supporter of industry‐wide initiatives such at National Independents’ Week, Walk & Shop Day and the ACS Heart of the Community campaign.
We are the only trade title aimed exclusively at independent retailers whose buying decisions are not dictated by head office – a market that is hard to reach through other means. The magazine goes out to 42,000 independent retailers once every two weeks.
