Well Pumps

Customer Communications and Shipping Checklist

A.

Inform your customer that it will be necessary to ship the well pump to a testing facility to determine/validate if there was lightning/power surge damage.

B.

Ask your customer to instruct their Plumber to save the shipping container (box) from the new well pump to be used to ship the old well pump in.

C.

Ask your customer to instruct their Plumber to remove all pipe and fittings from the old Well Pump.

D.

Decide shipping method.

1.

Customer (Homeowner) to ship and (bill shipping to COD or Insurance company UPS/FedEx account)

2.

Plumbing company to ship and (bill shipping to COD or Insurance company UPS/FedEx account)

3.

Field adjuster to pick up at homeowner residence or Plumbing Company and ship to RG Consulting Services.

E.

Instruct whoever does the shipping to insert the following information in the shipping container

1.

Name, address and phone numbers of Customer (Homeowner)

2.

Claim Number & Loss Date

3.

Insurance company, adjuster name and telephone numbers

4.

(Adjuster email address if not a prior RGCS customer)

F.

Call RG Consulting Services (336 364-1117) or email (Work@RGCS1.com) with a message to expect a well pump shipment
