Planning Phase Land Use
Detailed planning to be completed in the third phase.
Medium density residential development for tourists and local inhabitants including individual residential stands and supportive facilities.
Density, Land Division and Capacity
Individual stands of 1000m2 with a street front of 25m. Subdivision will be allowed to a minimum of 500m2. Cluster development with a density of up to 20 units per hectare will be allowed, depending on the natural features of the site.
Residents/Guests: 2,000 Access should be gained from the backset road.
Roads and Pedestrian Network
Only the basic transportation network is proposed. The secondary network should be developed within a detailed plan. There is a possibility to develop and plan the area as two distinct units that are separated by the lateral road. This depends on the requirements of the future development.
It is possible to gain access from all the three proposed roads depending on the type of future development. It should link up with pedestrian network.
See sections on development guidelines for medium and low density residential area.
